Testing Substitutions
The following credentials have been approved by the District as exemptions for the tests indicated. All documents presented (CBEST results, transcripts, diplomas/degrees) must be official.

*Paraprofessionals hired on or before January 8, 2002, who are meeting the requirements with 60 semester units (or 90 quarter units) or an associate (or higher) degree, are not required to take the District Proficiency Test.


Note: All documents provided must be official. Additionally, name changes must be verified with an official marriage certificate or legal name change document. Degrees from outside the U.S. may be evaluated by an educational evaluation service approved by the District.
