592       SALARY DIFFERENTIAL FOR POSITIONS IN THE OFFICES OF THE SUPERINTENDENT AND DEPUTY SUPERINTENDENT, INSTRUCTION

A. An incumbent of a nonmanagement, professional, technical or a clerical position in the Office of the Superintendent shall upon approval of the Superintendent, receive a salary differential of 11 percent above the incumbent's regular rate of pay.

B. Two professional, technical, or clerical positions in the Office of the Deputy Superintendent, Instructionshall, upon approval of the Deputy Superintendent, Instruction, receive a salary differential of 11 percent above the incumbent’s regular rate of pay.

CHANGE:

To grant the differential for employees assigned to the highest level instructional office.

Remove: January 17, 2006. Add: September 7, 2011.
