Why do I need a trip confirmation?


INFORMATION NEEDED TO CONFIRM A FIELD TRIP
CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES

Written trip confirmations contain all information pertaining to your field trip, such as pick-up time, destination, number of students, etc. This should be received by your school office two to three weeks prior to your field trip (at the latest). Please review all details and make sure everything regarding your trip is correct. If any changes should occur before the time of the trip, this number will be used to locate your particular trip on our computer. This seven digit number begins with the letter "A" (example: A6081793).



**INFORMATION NEEDED TO CONFIRM A FIELD TRIP

                        1. School Code/Location Code
                        2. Date of trip
                        3. Destination

            **If you have more than one bus scheduled for the same
               destination, please be sure to get a confirmation number for
               each bus booked.

IMPORTANT:

If the written Trip Confirmation Report is not received by mail, the school should contact Trip Confirmations to receive your Trip Confirmation Number no later than one week prior to the scheduled field trip at:

323-342-1460  OR  1-800-LA-BUSES.



CANCELLATIONS and CHANGES

ALL CANCELLATIONS AND CHANGES MUST GO DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR DISPATCH UNIT.  PLEASE MAKE SURE TO HAVE YOUR TRIP CONFIRMATION NUMBER READY WHEN SPEAKING TO DISPATCH.
