to provide a one-stop, one-call level service, available from 7:30 a.m.
to 5:30 p.m.. We ACCURATELY and EFFICIENTLY handle questions and
concerns from the parents of our traveling students, school administrators,
or anyone who is in need of our assistance.
Our knowledgeable and friendly Customer Service Staff is here for you! It is our #1 GOAL to keep our customer satisfaction at 100%. If at any time a concern arises which you feel needs to be brought to our attention, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are prepared and open to discuss ways we can successfully accommodate your needs.
The Customer Service Unit may assist you:Trip Confirmations: After your application for a field trip has been approved by the appropriate personnel, you will receive a Trip Confirmation Report in the mail. Please contact our Trip Confirmation Unit to receive a Confirmation Number to ensure that your field trip is booked. Field Trip Evaluations: Along with your Trip Confirmation Report, you will be sent a Field Trip Evaluation form to fill out at the conclusion of your field trip and return to Customer Service. This enables you to evaluate the driver's skills, and, at the same time, keep the Transportation Branch informed of how we are conducting our field trips. Bus Passes: MTA tokens and student bus
passes are available to school staff only (who distributes to qualified
students) by contacting our Accounting Unit at 323-342-1320 from 7:30 a.m.
to 4:00 p.m.
