Human Resources is one of the five standing committees of the Board of Education. The primary responsibilities of the HR Committee are to review and promote improvements to the District's policies in the recruitment, retention, professional development, and evaluation of all District employees.

The HR Committee usually meets monthly and meetings are open to the public. The Committee meets in the Board Room at LAUSD Headquarters - 333 S. Beaudry Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90017. The Committee is scheduled to meet on the following dates and times:
