(Policies and Procedures Regarding Allocation of Facilities to Charter Schools) Approves policies and procedures regarding allocation of District facilities for charter school use consistent with Proposition 39 as codified in Ed Code.

2. Board of Education Revised Report No. 259 - 03/04 ADOPTED
Instructional Support Services
(Authorization to Offer Closed School, Highlander Road Elementary School, to One or More Charter Schools) Makes one currently closed school site in west valley area available for charter school use in accordance with the policy and procedures in the Policy for Facilities for Charter Schools to be approved in the above item.
