California Partnerships, Inc. v. Los Angeles Unified School District

Pursuant to the request of the Chair of the Joint Legislative Audit Committee (JLAC), the Board of Education will consider in Closed Session the recommendation by staff and counsel that the District formally request a State audit with respect to all documents and issues, confidential or otherwise (including attorney-client documents), related to the Belmont Learning Center project, the Ambassador litigation, and other matters currently under investigation by the Chair of the JLAC.
