College Career 2005

Welcome to the College Career Fair

Thursday, March 31, 2005.

The annual College and Career Day Fair was held on March 31st in the Big Gym at Verdugo Hills High School. Hundreds of students visited the Fair and talked with exhibitors from colleges, businesses and local community resource groups such as the YMCA, the Public Library, and McGroarty Arts Center. Again this year the Fair was organized by Career Counselor Art Martinez, Work Experience Advisor Don Scott, the VHHS College Counselor Diane DeBoer, and Transition Teachers Nancy Ries and Anne Weibly. Students received information and promotional items to help them identify resources for their future planning. As usual, the Fair was a big hit!
