Bell Schedule 2001 - 2002.
Tuesday, September 4, 2001 — Professional Development
Banked Time was negotiated between LAUSD and UTLA to provide
an opportunity for teachers and administrators to work together
to improve the instructional program for students in support
of the District priorities of literacy and math. All secondary
schools will add eight (8) instructional minutes on a daily
basis. No changes are made to passing, nutrition or lunch
schedules.
Therefore please note the new bell schedule for our classes.
School now starts at 7:56 A.M. and finishes at 3:10 P.M.
The Los Angeles Unified School District has mandated
several common planning dates for the teaching personnel
on several days throughout the 2001 - 2002 academic year.
On these days, there is no period 4 and period 2 is longer.
Teacher arrival: no later than 7:50 A.M.
Teacher departure: no sooner than 3:16 P.M.
