Topanga Star 2001 - 2002 During the school year, Topanga Star provides enrichment programs and supervised day care for Topanga Elementary School children, including kindergartners both before and after class, at affordable fees. The program is offered weekdays until 6 PM, excluding certain holidays, in the Star Bungalow on the Topanga School upper yard. Star's program includes a variety of enrichment and sports activities, and is particularly ideal for younger children.
