April 5th – Word Processing
Learn how to use Microsoft Word to type up reports/letters/essays, use spell
check, layout your document correctly and much more! (beginner to intermediate)
April 12th – Mail Merge!
Learn how to set up a database so you can create form letters, mail merge
documents, address labels and phone lists…it’s endless. This can all be
accomplished in Microsoft Word. (beginner to advanced)
April 26th – Desktop Publishing with Word
Using Microsoft Word and all the tricks learned in the 1st class, create
a brochure, flyer with photos/clipart, business cards, and more! (intermediate
to advanced)
May 3rd – Spreadsheets
Learn the basics to Microsoft Excel. Learn the equations, keys to sorting
information and more. (beginner to intermediate)
May 9th – PowerPoint
Learn how to put together a PowerPoint Presentation. Great for office presentations,
book reports and more. It’s so easy! (all levels)
May 17th – Internet
Learn how to use the Internet effectively, what is a search engine, how
do they work…the list goes on and on! (beginner to intermediate)
The lab will be open at 3:30 p.m. and classes will start at approximately
4:00 p.m. Please call or email ahead so we know what number of people to
expect!
