We offer a rich variety of educational opportunities and services
for students to develop the skill, knowledge, and confidence
necessary to meet their goals in a diverse society.
Reseda Community Adult School is one of 35 adult schools and
vocational education sites operated by the Los Angeles Unified School
District, Division of Adult and Career Education.
Located in the San Fernando Valley, we serve the communities of
Reseda, Tarzana, Encino, and portions of adjacent communities.
Our primary offices and classrooms are located at Reseda High
School. However, we have classes in 46 branches in various private
and public facilities.
Ninety-six dedicated teachers serving students from over 60 different
countries, from 16 years old to 95 years old in our 46 convenient
neighborhood locations. Our job is to respond to the educational needs
of our community.
 Students study English as a Second Language weekday mornings at the Korean Senior Center in Northridge. We have 14 ESL classes throughout our service area. |

In our Family Literacy Program,

Students whose primary language
does not use the Roman alphabet
or those with limited formal education
gain literacy skills.
Evening ESL Program students attend
a computer lab for an our once a
week to use language acquisition
software programs. Classes in
computer literacy are also available.
