Kudos goes to all staff members who have placed the new bulletin boards on the hallway walls. Notable immediate progress was seen on Mr. Tang’s board in the South Building’s second floor.
Kudos goes to Mr. Ruelas and Ms. Mendoza who will be opening the library from 7:00 to 8:00 as students will have an opportunity for enrichment intervention in the morning.

Maximizing instructional time:
Teachers: please have lesson plans available in your classroom for the principal and substitute teachers.
Vehicles parked on campus:
Reminder: If you double park on our parking lot, you may be cited by school police! Also remember to submit your vehicle(s) car information form to Mrs. De La Cruz in case there is a problem with your car in the parking lot. We are trying to reduce the number of all calls and interruptions to the instructional program.
ATTENDANCE NOT SUBMITTED
FYI!
Classroom attendance is to be submitted daily by 9:00 a.m. by ALL teachers. It is imperative that each teacher submit and update attendance records as required by Ed. Code 44809, UTLA Contract, and District policy. This includes accurate coding of absence and tardy reason codes, and clearing of absences. Incorrect or incomplete coding of absences will result in Truancy Letters being mailed in error. Our PSAC has provided you a copy of the Attendance Codes for the 2010-2011 school year.
