Where to go for Student Services

Absence Slip (Permit to Re-enter Class PRC) - Bring a note from a parent or guardian with a telephone number to the Attendance Office before 7:30 AM on the day you return to school.

Early Release - Bring a note from a parent or guardian with a telephone number to the Attendance Office before 7:30 AM on the day you wish to leave school early.

MTA Bus Pass - M.T.A. applications are available at the student store for a fee of $1.00.  Take the completed application with a 1 1/2 by 1 inch full-face picture to the student store.  Wait 15 working days for M.T.A. to mail the bus pass to your home.

Meal Applications - Meal Applications will be mailed home.  Duplicates may be picked up in the Title I Office (Room 603).  Completed applications should be returned to the Title One office in Memorial Hall or the Cafeteria Office.  The Meal Tickets may be picked up at the cafeteria from Ms. Cleveland between 9:00 AM and 12:00 noon.

Tutoring - Monday through Friday except Tuesdays 3:15-4:45 p.m. in the Library and CLC. (CLC Open till 5:15 p.m.).  See Schedule.

Lost and Found - Textbook Room 150.

Work Permits - Room 178 (College Office)

Student Store - School supplies, Prom Bids, Game Tickets, Dance Tickets, Snack Food, etc. (Open before school, lunch, and after school).

After School Classes - Adult School Office, opposite the Main Office.  Saturday Extended Learning Program classes are available through Mr. Flores in the Counseling office.

Health Services - Health Office, first floor of the west building.  Teen Clinic next to the Health Office. Students must have a signed parent consent form on file to use the services of the Teen Clinic.
