THE CREATION

Hi, my name is Veronica Perez and I am going to tell you something about the Egyptians. The Egyptians believed that the ocean existed because of the sun god named Ra. It has been said that he came out of an egg inside of the ocean like a flower. With him,Ra brought four gods: Shu; Geb; Tefnut and Nut. The two gods named Shu and Geb become the atmosphere. Geb become the earth and Nut become the sky. Ra ruled everybody. Geb and Nut had two sons named Set and Osiris, and two daughters named Isis and Nephthys. Osiris helped Ra continue to be the king of the earth. Set hated his brother Osiris, so he killed him. Osiris and his powerful charms become king of a nether world; the land of death. And eventually the son of Osiris become king of the earth.
