The Animation Museum contains student Flash and Maya cartoons.

Students had to: Brainstorm and develop an original story; design characters and backgrounds; create model(s) of characters; plan the storyboard for the story and create a Flash/Maya cartoon.

All the web-sites created involved:

Reading units on particular themes - These themes are based on district and State learning standards;

Weekly questions and vocabulary - Questions and vocabulary are based on reading selections and research selections that students read;

Written drafts for written reports using the writing process - Prewriting, revising, editing, publishing;

Group planning for each students' web-page layout and content - This helps students learn how to work with others via cooperative work groups...
