Clear Creek Camping Trip
Join us for the annual TPA camping trip at the Clear Creek Outdoor School April 4th through 6th. There is no cost for the 3 day weekend trip. See Ms. White for further details
Many parents joined staff members to watch Ms. Ferguson's World of Education class onJanuary 31st. The students presented social justice issues with powerpoints, brochures, and a film. Topics ranged from the South Central Farm to sexual harrassment. USC students through Up the Rivers Endeavors mentored our TPA 11th graders.
Through a grant from the Career Ladder Office, TPA students have been visiting colleges and universities. On February 27th, Mr. Villanueva's and Mr. Martinez-Cruz's students will be visiting UC Santa Barbara.
Early Contracts
Congratulations to the 12 TPA seniors who received early teaching contracts from LAUSD. Upon completion of their studies, they will have first priority for District teaching jobs.
