Student Test for Using Computers

1. The student is responsible for any changes or damage to the computers.You must show your student I.D. and proof of passing the computer test with an 85% (45 correct answers). Sign in and sign out with the librarian or lab coordinator.You will lose your privilege on the computers for a minimum of one week, and possibly one mester if these rules are not followed.
2. Work only on school assignments. Personal work such as letters, cards, and invitations are not allowed, except with the librarian's prior permission.Foul language and images are not allowed.
3. Do not waste printer toner or paper. If you print out more than 5 sheets, you must get the librarian's permission in advance.
4. All school work should be printed in 12 point type, with margins no larger than one inch, using plain text, single or double-spaced. Do not use bold, block letters just to take up space and extend your assignment.
5. Have your assignment written up first and ready to type. Do not waste time on the computers. Others may need to use them.
6. Students not using the computers should not gather around the computers. No more than two students per computer.
7. No food, candy or drink near computers or in the Library, computer
labs, Project Room, etc.
