Conference Attendance Commitment Form

If you are attending a conference representing, or sponsored by Jefferson H.S., the Cluster, Consortium, or LAUSD, we need you to commit to sharing the information from that workshop back at Jefferson H.S. with your department and/or the staff at large. Please do not arrange to attend a conference if you can not meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to arrange the session with the staff development coordinator to share your information. The sharing session should be completed within three months, during department meetings, staff development workshops, or workshops that you organize.
We also need to document any
staff development, workshop, or conference that addresses integrating technology
into the curriculum. Certainly any workshop that addresses literacy, school-to-work
programs, or curriculum standards should include a section on technology.
As part of my commitment to attending the following workshop, I agree to share the information I learned with the Jefferson H.S. staff at a workshop that I will arrange with the staff development coordinator within three months.
