Astronomy Club

The Jefferson High School Atronomy Club is sponsored by Mr. Gerstman and Mr. Ballash. Activities since 1995 have included field trips to Griffith Observatory and outside Los Angeles to observe comets. Follow the Hands-On Universe project which will allow students to control a professional telescope via the Internet. And check NASA and JPL for the latest space news.
