Harbor Service Center, and its branch locations offer short-term career technical training
programs to individuals providing them with entry-level skills as well as upgrading their skills
to meet the ever changing job market. We also provide English as a Second Language (ESL), Math and English skills remediation, General Educational Development (GED), high school diploma classes. Speciality classes are also available.
Harbor Service Center, and its branch locations are operated by the Los Angeles Unified
School District • Division of Adult and Career Education and are accredited by the
Western Association of Schools and Colleges.
