Twice in the 2001-2002 school year, the Electronic Music department was asked to perform in the Norman J. Pattiz concert hall. This page presents the playlist from our multimedia screen projection "concert" on the evening of May 31, 2002.

The RECOMMENDED method to enjoy this 35-minute presentation*, complete with continuous video, over a high-speed internet connection is to:

1. copy this URL: http://www.lausd.k12.ca.us/Hamilton_Music_Magnet/elab/show.asx

2. open Windows Media Player (if WMP is not already installed on your system, version 7 or above is available here as a free download...PC or Mac),

3. set your favorite visualizations to a random-change setting, but make sure the "Shuffle" is turned off,

4. in the "File" menu, click on "Open" or "Open URL,"

5. paste or type http://www.lausd.k12.ca.us/Hamilton_Music_Magnet/elab/show.asx and click "OK."

6. View in "Full Screen" mode.

Windows Media Player allows you to save any selections to your own computer by using the "Save As" function in the "File" menu.

The show can also be played by clicking here. However, unless you choose to "Play in a separate window" and NOT "Play in the browser," you probably will encounter many music tracks without any visual accompaniment. In several places where video content is not present, our show relied upon Windows Media Player Visualizations.

*Of course you can speed through the selections you wish to cut by using the Forward arrow on your player. Our original audience didn't have that freedom.:-) BACK TO TOP
