Computer is frozen (I've tried removing power cord, plugging back in, restarting computer)
A "face" is flashing in the middle of my computer (the computer doesn't start)
A program, application, or file doesn't work (I've tried [FILE] [QUIT] and it didn't help)
I can't find the Student Server on the computer's desktop (I've tried to log out and log back in)

Printer doesn't work at all (I've verified the power is on)
The printer is low or out of Ink/Toner (there is a light on indicating this)
