Dear Glassell Park Community,

It is exciting to be joining the staff at Glassell Park Elementary School.  This area is a well-established and ever changing community.  The 2011-2012 school year is going to be very exciting as we celebrate the school’s 100^th year.  The school was established in 1912 and one can only imagine what it was like with the numerous strawberry fields that once surrounded the school. 

With a new reading series, a math series, and many wonderful community organizations helping at the school, we are eager to begin the next 100 years!  The school offices will open on August 22^nd so please feel free to stop by, complete enrollment, and visit this wonderful school.
