Exponents and Order of Operations - Extra Credit Assignments

You will need a packet of "Think Sheets" to keep track of your work and to earn the extra credit points. If you do not already have a packet, you can download one HERE (it is 6 pages, plus a cover page).
  1. Powers, Bases, and Exponents - website for page 1 of the packet
  2. Purple Math - Exponents and Powers - website for page 2 of the packet
  3. For page 3, you'll need the "Understanding Math" Software - look for it in the Dock, or in your Applications folder.
    Pages 4-6 deal with the Order of Operations.
  4. 1 to 10 an Arithmetic Game - website for page 4 of the packet
  5. and 6. You'll need a pencil and a calculator for pages 5-6 of the packet.
