Program Goals
Prepare students for Advanced Placement classes in High School by offering rigorous courses that develop good study habits and solid knowledge base.
- Academic Honors classes
- Electives aimed to advance students in technology and communication
- Enhanced courses that meet the demands of gifted learners
- Advanced Math program- Geometry in 8th grade
All SAS students are encouraged to join USC's Med-COR program in 8th grade and Early Academic Outreach Program by UCLA's EAOP program in the 9th grade.
