Elizabeth Kim

Ms. Kim earned a B.A. in Art History/Studio Art from Pomona College, a Masters in Education degree from UCLA, and a Master of Arts degree from CSULA. She also has English and Bilingual Education credentials and is a National Board Certified Teacher. She was nominated for the Bravo Award for teaching and supports students' service work on campus, mural painting, paintings for the California Department of Justice, service in senior citizens homes, and M.E.T.A Magazine. She founded and organizes the Magnet's annual Chalk Art Festival. Her goals for the Magnet Program are to offer a wide range of classes and a rigorous course of study. What she likes best about the magnet is "the diversity."
