Tip 1: Clicking on the file may result in the file opening as a web page.
On a PC, Right click on file name to get a dialogue box to save file.
On Mac, Right click = command key > click.

Tip 2: Show invisible characters (spaces, paragraph returns, tabs) so you can see how editing was done in case you need to make changes on some of the files. How? Click on the paragraph symbol - a stylized reversed "P" found in the Word toolbar. The invisible characters do not print so they can be left ON.
