The LAUSD Technology HelpDesk has undergone
significant upgrading in incident reporting, response
time, quality assurance, and staff training.
Schools and offices can utilize the HelpDesk efficiently
by establishing standard procedure to submit trouble calls.

the planning and delivery of transition services for all
students with disabilities, beginning at age 14 (or younger,
