7:15 A.M.- 3:00 P.M. (flexible)

 

 

Circulation Policy:

-- Books can be checked out for two weeks.

-- Reference books can be checked out after school and returned the
next morning before school.

-- Student access videos can be checked out for one week.

-- Circulating magazines(prior issues) can be checked out for two
weeks.

-- Fines are $0.10 per book per day for regular books and magazines
and $1.00 per day for reference books and student access videos.

-- Student I.D.s are needed to check out materials.

 

 

 

 

Internet Access:

-- Individuals who have returned a signed District Acceptable Use Policy
may use the Internet before and after school and during lunch.

-- Class use of the Internet in the Library for research projects is
dependent upon the approval of the individual classroom teacher.

-- Guidelines for Internet use are strictly enforced and violators will be
banned from Internet use for the remainder of the school year.

 

 

 

Library Computers:

-- Athena card catalog computers. These computers provide a
database of all materials (books, magazines, videos, etc.) in the Library.
The appropriate call number, description, and status of each book is
updated daily.

-- Internet computers (see above)

-- CD-ROM computers. A variety of CD-Rom discs are available from
the library staff.(i.e., World Political Leaders, American Social Issues,
The Women's Movement in the United States, etc.)
