Hello! The purpose of this site is to familiarize readers with various aspects of life at our school. Our students have contributed to making your visit as enjoyable as they can. Browse around and learn about interesting information coming from this small Los Angeles Unified School District school.
- Annandale is a small school in the northeast tip of the Highland Park community of Los Angeles. We are on a traditional (LEARN) calendar. If you need more information about enrollment into our school, click on the following choices:

- If your child needs help in reading, there are community resources that can help your children learn to read. East Los Angeles Community College offers some very good classes where children can spend an hour on Saturdays practicing reading, writing, and spelling. For information call (323) 265-8793. Nearby Occidental College also offers tutoring help in their Community Literacy Center. For more information, call (323) 259-2617.
- WE ARE RECYCLING EMPTY PRINTER CARTRIDGES and CELLULAR PHONES! Please help our school and the environment as well. We are participating in the ETCEP printer cartridge and cellular phone recycling program to help our school acquire new computers and related products.
- We have had several visitors in the past year. Christpher Nance, the Weatherdude, from NBC's Channel 4 News came by for our Read 4 Life program. The 1st Lady of California, Mrs. Sharon Davis showed up for the Read California program to announce the results of the "Vote To Read" Statewide Elections.
