All of the children at The Sixty-Eighth Street School begin to learn their school creed in Kindergarten and First Grade. As the years go by, we hope they internalize the meaning of their creed.
I am a student of Sixty-Eighth Street School. I want to be the best I can be. I will let no one deny to me my right to a good education. My future starts today with me. I come to Sixty-Eighth Street School to learn. There are some things no one can take from me: my pride, my self-discipline, and my dignity. I will do my best to excel in every way.
