186th Street School Healthy Start Collaborative

The goal for the 186th Healthy Start Program is to insure the education, health and well-being of students and their families, and therefore, increase the likelihood of the student's academic success. Strategies for accomplishing this goal include increasing protective factors for children and families that promote learning and development of their full potential to becoming contributing members of society.

The five Outcome Areas have been selected and prioritized by the 186th Street Healthy Start Collaborative as areas that need the most improvement.
